Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To produce a high heat conductivity member having an anisotropic coefft. of thermal expansion by winding a high tensile wire rod having a low coefft. of thermal expansion around a core material having combustibility, low m.p. or solubility in solvents then removing the core material by melting, etc., and infiltrating and packing a metal having the high heat conductivity and low m.p. into the hollow part formed after the removal. CONSTITUTION:A winding 2 consisting of the wire rod by metals such as Mo, W, Ta and Ti or the alloys thereof or ceramics such as Si3N4, TiN and AlN or carbon wire having the large high-temp. tensile strength and the small coefft. of thermal expansion is spirally wound around the core wire 1 consisting of resins or metals such as Sn and Pb having the combustibility, low m.p. or solubility in solvents to form a secondary wire rod 3. The core wire is by combustion and melting by heating or dissolution removed by solvents. The metal such as Ag, Cu, Al, Mg, or Sn or the alloy thereof having the high heat conductivity and the m.p. lower than the m.p. of the winding 2 is infiltrated and packed into the linear cavity extending in the axial line direction. The high heat conductivity member which has the low coefft. of thermal expansion in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the packed metallic core and is used for joining of ceramics and metals, etc., is thus produced. |
