Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To detect the layer thickness of coke and ore under good accuracy and to control distribution of charging material under good accuracy, by correcting only electrode length to layer thickness measured value by an elec trode type layer thickness meter using the difference of electric resistance of charging material charged at layer by layer. CONSTITUTION:One pair of two electrodes 1a, 1b are buried and fixed apart from each by distance (h) toward charging material dropping direction in the coke layer 4 and the ore layer 5 of charging material and the layer thickness of each layer 4, 5 is obtd. from the changing with passing the time of electric resistance signal, which is obtd. from one pair of electrodes 1a, 1b together with dropping of each layer 4, 5. Then, when the electrode 1 is brought into contact with even a little of coke grain, as the signal is become to the specific signal for the coke layer 4, the corrosion is necessary to only the electrode length L. That is, in case of using tc and t0 for the times judged to the charging material layer 4 having little electric resistance and the layer 5 having large electric resistance respectively, each charging material layer 4, 5 thickness of the layer lc, l0 is found from the equation. |
