Zusammenfassung:NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R is H or lower alkyl; R is lower alkyl, phenyl, p-methylphenyl, p-tert-butylphenyl, o-aminophenyl, p-chlorophenyl, 2,4-dimethylphenyl, benzyl, p-chlorobenzyl, ethylenethiourea-2-yl, benzimidazol-2-yl, benzothiazol-2-yl, etc.; X is S or SO2; n is an integer of 1-6). EXAMPLE:4,5-Dihydro-6-[4-{3-(4-methylphenylthio)propoxy}phenyl]-3(2H)p yrida zinone. USE:An antithrombotic agent. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II is reacted with a compound expressed by formula IV to give a compound expressed by formula III, which is then reacted with a compound expressed by formula V to afford a compound expressed by formula VI in formula I. The resultant compound is then treated with an oxidizing agent to afford a compound expressed by formula VII in formula I.
