PURPOSE:To prevent the supply of low-temperature hot water by raising the operational efficiency of an air conditioning and hot water supplying apparatus using a heat pump type chiller unit by using a system in which operational zone sections for hot water supply and air conditioning and the supply of water to a hot water supply tank after the hot water is supplied are set up by each program timer. CONSTITUTION:When the water temperature of a hot water supply tank 11 is low at the hot water supplying time based on hot water supply and air-conditioning operation time zone setting programs, heat source pumps 9 and 13 are operated, solenoid valve 6 is opened, a solenoid valve 7 is closed later, and thereby hot water 2 of a heat pump chiller unit 1 heats up the water of the hot water supply tank 11 through a heat exchanger 3. When an air conditioning operation zone is reached, the solenoid valve 6 is closed, the solenoid valve 7 is opened, a fan coil unit 5 is operated, an operation time setting program timer for a hot water supplying pump 20 is operated, the pump 20 is operated, and then hot water of the hot water supply tank 11 is supplied. After the lapse of hot water supplying time, water is supplied according to water level 21 on a water supplying time setting program. Thus, the operational efficiency can be raised and the supply of low-temperature hot water can be prevented.
