WARNING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To surely and easily protect a vehicle against burglar by providing two opening/closing discriminating means for discriminating whether a door is opened or closed, in each door in the parts above and below the waist part of the door, and by energizing a warning means when conditions discriminated by the discriminating means are different from each other. CONSTITUTION:Door frame switches 7, 8 for discriminating whether the door frames 5, 6 are opened or closed, are provided respectively in doors 1, 3 of an automobile, in the parts above the waist section 3, 4 of the doors. Further door switches 11, 12 for discriminating whether the door bodies 9, 10 are opened or closed, are provided in the doors, in the parts below the waist sections 3, 4 of the doors. If the door 1 (or 2) would be to be illegally opened, that is, for example, the door frame 5 is broken open by using a tool, when a door lock knob 13 is to be raised, the upper section of the door is opened so that the switch 7 is turned on while the door switch 11 is still turned off, and therefore, an AND circuit 26 delivers an H-level signal to energize a warning device for a predetermined time.
