Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To carry out operations, etc. suited to various conditions by forming a machine base with a divided upside machine base on which an operating device is provided and a divided downside machine base on which a traveling device is provided. CONSTITUTION:A machine base 1 is formed with a divided upside machine base 4 on which an operating device 2 is provided and a divided downside machine base 5 on which a traveling device 3 is provided. The divided upside machine base 4 is combined with the divided downside machine base 5 by means of a pair of parallel links 6 provided on their front and rear parts, and the divided upside machine base 4 is swingable with respect to the divided downside machine base 5. A horizontally installed cylinder 16 for swinging is provided on the left link 7 side while an inclinedly installed cylinder 17 for sliding is provided on the right link 8 side.
