Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable high-speed printing over a long useful life time and make it possible to cope with an increase in the number of sheets simultaneously copied, by using a sintered high speed tool steel as a base material for a wore, and firmly attaching a sintered hard alloy to the tip of a printing part of the wire. CONSTITUTION:When a small diameter wire of a sintered high speed tool steel is quench hardened from 1,100-1,260 deg.C and then tempered, an arbitrary hardness of Hv 800-1,000 can be obtained, enabling a wire to endure abrasion due to frictional contact thereof with a guide member. A sintered hard alloy 2 is firmly attached to the tip of a printing part of the wire of the sintered high speed tool steel 1. Brazing can be performed in air by light beam welding, and may be performed also by laser beam welding, high-frequency welding, torch heating or the like. When brazing is performed in an inert atmosphere, a stronger and stabler brazed part can be obtained. The print wire thus obtained is capable of being used for high-speed printing and enduring friction with the guide member. |
