CHARACTER PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To easily retrieve a document file by displaying registered document file names by a wrap around system. CONSTITUTION:The document file names of registered document files are displayed as indexes and one of them is selected by a cursor and accessed. The wrap round system for processing the head document file name and final document file name of the registered document file names as continuous elements through a border line is adopted. When the head document file name is displayed on a display screen and the cursor is projected from the head document, a document file name opposed to the cursor is erased, the final document file name is read out and displayed, the final document file name is displayed on the display screen, and when the cursor is projected from the final document, a document file name opposed to the cursor is erased and the head document file name is read out and displayed. A border line is displayed between the head document file name and the final document file name.
