FAULT PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To easily decide a device that causes a fault by storing the fault detecting reports received from each device after correcting the difference of the propagation time of each device and inhibiting storage of other fault detecting reports when just a single fault detecting report is stored. CONSTITUTION:The differences of propagation times produced among fault detecting signals 101-112 received from each device are corrected by time difference correcting circuits 22 and 32. These corrected time differences are held in the faulty device display registers 21 and 31. When just a single one of signals 101-112 is held in the registers 21 and 31, the all-0 detecting circuits 23 and 33 inhibit reception of other signals 101-112. Thus it is possible to identify a device that detected a fault at first and also to easily decide a device that caused the fault even in case the fault is propagated among devices.
