Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To eliminate effect of a column in a gas chromatography (GC) direct connection type mass spectrometer, by sweeping a sample repeatedly after a GC separation to perform an arithmetic processing using a fragment peak thus obtained. CONSTITUTION:A sample is separated with a GC analyzer 1 and ionized with an ion source 7 to be analyzed with a mass spectrograph 2. A mass fragment peak thus obtained by analysis is caught with an ion detector 8 and inputted into a data processor 4. A signal is sent to a analysis measuring processor 3 repeatedly from a data processor 4 to remove the background of GC by sweeping. Data of mass number and intensity are introduced to an integrator 6 from the data processor 4 to perform analysis processing. This removes effect of the back ground on a carrier, a column and the like of the GC, thereby accomplishing a mass spectrometry and a GC analysis simultaneously at a high accuracy. |
