CONSTITUTION:According to the land form of rugged sea-bottom bottom-fitting land 7, the bottom section of a vessel unit is cut off to form a caisson bank unit 6. After that, the bank unit 6 is taken to the bottom-fitting land 7 in tow, and a floating unit 4' is filled up with seawater 12 and is sunken. After that, in the stable chambers 17 of the bank unit 6, fill earth 13 is cast.
