LOGIC CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To prevent the distortion of an output waveform by eliminating a rise in the base potential of a transistor due to a mirror capacity junction when an output voltage suddenly rises and a transient conduction accompanied by the rise. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 14 stablizing the base potential of a transistor 5 connected between an output terminal 3 and a low potential point 2 is provided between the base of the transistor 5 and the low potential point 2. When a signal at a low level is inputted to the base of a transistor 4, its collector potential rises to conduct transistors 9 and 10, and a current is supplied to the output terminal 3. The transistor 14 is conducted when the transistor 5 is nonconductive, and the base of the transistor 5 is clamped.
