DOCUMENT EDITING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To smoothly edit a document by displaying the document on a display part and also displaying the information of a keyboard selector corresponding to a character in the position of a cursor on the display part of keyboard information at the time of editing the document. CONSTITUTION:A document processor is constituted with a keyboard 1, a display device (CRT) 3, a flexible disk drive 5 as an external memory device, a printer 7 and an electronic controller 10, etc. The electronic controller 10 is constituted with a CPU 11, a ROM 12 and a RAM 14, etc., and also provides a video RAM 15, a keyboard input port 16 and a printer output port 20, etc. Thus, a document editing device displays the document on the display part of the document with a display control means at the time of editing the documents. And the information of the keyboard selector corresponding to the character in the position of the cursor is displayed on the display part of the keyboard information. As a result, by moving the cursor the keyboard information in an optional position in the document can be confirmed.
