Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect of a foreign radio wave or noise and to perform stable signal processing without performing shield processing, by forming an amplifying circuit for amplifying the output voltage of a load cell on the same surface as a surface, on which the bridge circuit of a strain generating body is formed, comprising a thin membrane and chip parts. CONSTITUTION:In a strain generating body 9, four thin-walled deformable parts due to two holes 12 connected to each other are formed between the mount part 10 mounted on the fixing part of a base and a load receiving part 11 having a receiving tray mounted thereto. An insulating film is formed to one surface of the strain generating body 9, and a strain gauge resistor 14 and the metal membrane constituting the correction part thereof are successively laminated and formed to the insulating film at the position corresponding to the thin-walled deformable part 13 on said film to form a bridge circuit 16. Then, an amplifying circuit 18 for amplifying the output voltage of a load cell is formed to the same surface as the surface, on which the bridge circuit 16 of the strain generating body 9 is formed, on the side of the mount part 10 from a membrane and chip parts. By this method, the connection part of the bridge circuit 16 and the amplifying circuit 18 can be simultaneously formed when both circuits 16, 18 are formed.
