Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To float a magnetic bubble memory element from a substrate, to eliminate its influence and to improve a characteristic by holding mechanically the magnetic bubble memory element with a conductor 13 connecting the substrate, an electrode and a one on a magnetic bubble memory element. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the conductor 13 formed with copper foil is plated with good, and its one part is inner-bonded to the electrode 12 on the magnetic bubble memory element 1. The element 1 inner-bonded on such a tape carrier 8 is cut out. A window 72, which loads the one end of the conductor 13 and the magnetic bubble memory element 1 on the substrate 7, is penetrated, and the element 1 is mechanically held by only about 80 pieces of conductors 13. Thus the element can float from the substrate. As a result the machining accuracy of the substrate affects nothing, and simultaneously causes to generate the thermal deformation of the substrate and mechanical distortion such as contraction due to an adhesive are removed to form a magnetic bubble memory device excellent in characteristics.
