CONSTITUTION:Triethylene glycol liquid (TEG liquid) 1 dissolved water content is heat-exchanged with regenerated liquid 8 in a heat exchanger 7 and thereafter it is introduced into a dehydrator 12 and heated with a heating medium 18 and the generated vapor enriched with water content is brought into contact with a hydrophilic inorganic porous membrane 13 of a vapor phase part.
