POST-PLATING TREATMENT MECHANISM

PURPOSE:To reduce water consumption and to surely clean materials to be cleaned in a short period by executing batch cleaning while successively hanging and rotating a cleaning drum made of mesh contg. the materials to be cleaned in successively provided plural block tanks. CONSTITUTION:The materials 28 to be cleaned are housed into the automatic cleaning drum 18. Said drum 18 is inserted into the first tank 11a of the successively provided plural block tanks 11. The drum 18 is formed of a cap body 19 made of mesh and a body 20. Inscribed lines 23a inscribed on the peripheral faces of a pair of driving rings 23 provided to said cap body 9 and body 20 are meshed with the inscribed lines inscribed on the peripheral faces 14 of rollers 14 and the drum 18 is rotated via the rollers 14 by a roller driving source 16. The drum 18 is then hung by a suspension device 13a and is moved to the next tank 11b upon lapse of the required time. The drum inserted into the tank 11b is treated in the same manner as in the previous tank 11a.
