TIME DESIGNATION CONFERENCE SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a participant of a conference from dialing a special number by storing a conference start time and an extension number of conference participants registered from a telephone set into a storage device and using a counter so as to manage the time. CONSTITUTION:A central processing unit 50 detects a call from a telephone set 21 and receives a special number of conference registration. Then the conference start date and the conference participant extension numbers are received and stored in a storage device 70. Succeedingly, the data are connected to a recorder 40 and the conference major items are registered in the recorder 40 in voice. In this case, the special number for the participation in the conference is registered automatically. The conference start date/time are measured by a clock device 60. When the conference start time comes, the central processing unit 50 controls a master switch 10 to call conference participation extensions to connect the recorder 40 to them. The conference participant is connected automatically to a terminal conference device 30 when the participant brings a central processing unit 50 into the calling state during the operation time of the timer and starts the conference.
