Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve flame stability and durability, by a method wherein, in a title device for a gas burner, a pilot gas flow passage formed by a channel formed in a C-shape in cross section is formed in the peripheral edge of the burner head, and the device forms a nozzle mixing system so that injection is effected in a state to mix together fuel and air. CONSTITUTION:Pilot gas 18 introduced through a pilot gas feed pipe 8 flows along a peripheral wall part 4 of a flow passage 5 and is collided with a shield plate 10. The pilot gas is injected through a pore 6 in a direction shown by an arrow mark 20 as it is mixed with air for combustion fed from below. The air-fuel mixture is ignited by means of spark generated between an ignition porcelain 16 and an earth rod 7 to form a pilot flame 21. Since a device forms a nozzle mixing system as in this constitution, regulation of a pilot flame is facilitated,flame is stabilized, and the size of a pore and proper arrangement enables improvement of flame stabilizing ability.
