Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To record and reproduce voice information by providing a voice signal output means to record the voice signal from a voice synthetic output means to an external recording device in a machine tool with a numerically controlled device having the voice synthetic output means. CONSTITUTION:The input information and output information to drive and control a machine tool 5, in which a display device 7, i.e., display means, is driven and controlled by a numerically controlled device, is displayed in the predetermined display format as the screen information. A voice synthetic output means controlled by a control means 3 judging the abnormality of the machine tool 5 based on the input information and output information outputs the predetermined voice signal. A voice signal output means records the voice signal from the voice synthetic output means to an external recording device 8. As a result, directions of various operational procedures and warnings on actions of the machine tool 5 can be conserved.
