Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To permit use of a binder having a long life and high binding force by using a slurry prepd. by adding a water repelling agent to the binder contg. water just at a slight ratio for a first coating and using the binder contg. the water at a high ratio for the 2nd and subsequent coatings. CONSTITUTION:The slurry prepd. by adding the water repelling agent of the property to repel water or prohibit the permeation of water to the binder which does not contain the water or contains the water just at the slight ratio is used as the slurry for the 1st coating on an expendable pattern. A perfect waterproof layer is formed by such 1st coating. The waterproof layer prevents the infiltration of the slurry contg. the large amt. of the water to be used for the 2nd and subsequent coatings into the water soluble expendable pattern and the consequent dissolution of the pattern.
