CONSTITUTION:The quantitative analysis of the specific analyte in a total blood sample by a dry type analysis element in particular is executed by using the control liquid contg. the water insoluble dispersion phase in a chemical analysis to be executed by using the dry type analysis element with which the quantitative analysis using the total blood as the sample is possible. The water insoluble dispersion phase is selected from an acrylate polymer, vinyl acetate polymer, etc., if said phase is a solid phase. The water insoluble dispersion phase is selected from adipate, sebacate, etc., of said phase is a liquid phase. The stable measurement result is obtd. by using such control liquid in the daily management.
