Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To simply form uneven patterns with desired depth at desired positions with no restriction of draft at the removal from a mold by a method wherein the uneven patterns are formed in advance on a molding surface on which strippable paint is applied. CONSTITUTION:An uneven coating is formed on the surface of a mold tool 2, to which releasing agent and strippable paint 1 have been applied in the order named. At that case, uneven patterns with heavy unevenness or with light unevenness can be obtained voluntarily by regulating the viscosity of paint, spraying pressure and admixtures. A resin molding is formed by injecting molten plastic 3 to the formed coating. Normal draft is enough for the removal of the synthetic resin molding, because the strippable paint 1 is integral with the molding coatings 1b in rising direction as adhered to the molding are removed from the mold integrally with a coating 1a in a surface facing part. The patterns of the paint are transferred to their corresponding parts on a plastic molding 3 as the uneven patterns 3a of the molding. A synthetic resin molding 4 on which patterns are applied is obtained by peeling off a coating 1A. |
