FORMING DEVICE FOR VACUUM CHAMBER OF VACUUM PRESS

PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of a film with its being sucked in a gap and to improve the workability without the need for its throwing away by providing the auxiliary plate covering the gap between a frame member and multiple layer forming material. CONSTITUTION:The inert gas of high pressure and high temp. is pressurized in a pressure container and the exhaust of the air inside a vacuum chamber 30 is simultaneously performed from an exhaust passage 10a. A big pressure difference is thus caused at the upper side and lower side of a film 18 and the film 8 acts a pressurizing force on a multilayer forming material 14 via a breather sheet 24. Namely a big pressurizing force is acted from the upper part based on the pressure difference on the multilayer forming material 14, which is heated by the heat transfer from the inert gas of high temp. simultaneously and formed as a laminated forming product. Due to the auxiliary plate 20 being provided the film 18 and breather sheet 24 are prevented to come in the gap between the material 14 and frame member 16. The film 18 is thus held in a flat state and its breakdown is prevented.
