SCREEN EDITING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To shorten a screen editing time by using an input panel set on an original to designate a required part as information, segmenting according to the designated information and displaying on a display. CONSTITUTION:The transparent input panel 6 is set on the original 5. The input panel 6 has a resistance layer on the surface of a glass, when an input pen 7 is allowed to contact, a contact position can be detected by detecting a current value. The required part of the information written on the original is allowed to contact by the input pen 7, and for instance, when it is moved as shown by dashed lines, the movement can be electrically detected. Original information in position information detected according to this method is read by an image sensor 9 and displayed on the display. Thereby, the required part is designated from the input panel 6 and the original information is read from the image sensor 9 according to the designated information and displayed, so that the screen editing can be attained in a short time.
