DRY TYPE CHANNEL ANALYSIS SLIDE AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To permit efficiency assembling of a slide with high accuracy by sandwiching a flexible plane member between flat plate-shaped members, laminating the members and thermally adhering the same to integrate the members. CONSTITUTION:Double-coated thermoadhesive tapes 2a, 3a with release paper faced on the outside are superposed on both faces of a hoop material 1a and are thermally adhered at 4 points each. A square aperture is then opened by a punch 5a at the rectangular center formed by the 4 points. The release paper of the thermoadhesive tape on the lower side is stripped and two sheets of the hoop materials 1a, 7a are adhered via the tape 3a thereon. A circular hole is opened by a punch 9 to the lower hoop material 7a in the position corresponding to the center in the aperture of the upper hoop material 1a. A square chip 10 is so inserted into the recess in the aperture of the upper material 1a that the color forming layer is positioned on the lower side. A circular hole is opened by a punch 12 separately to a 3rd hoop material 13a and the material 13a is so superposed on the upper tape 2a that the centers of the circular apertures align to each other. Such material is then thermally adhered over the entire surface except the aperture parts.
