BAND-SHAPED MATERIAL LIFTER FOR FLYING JOINING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To permit smooth feeding of sheet bars to a clamping device of a flying joining device by arranging plural lifting rollers between respective table rollers in a traveling section and providing means for vertically and individually moving the lifting roller groups. CONSTITUTION:The lifting roller groups 40 of the flying joining device are arranged symmetrically with the center of a roller table 5 within at least the section slightly wider than the traveling section of a flying joining machine 104 among the roller 5a groups of an intermediate roller table 5. The lifting roller groups 40 are divided to plural blocks 42 by vertical arrays and are connected to plural vertical movement driving devices 41 by the blocks 42. The driving devices 41 are actuated to rise the lifting roller groups 40 to lift sheet bars 3a, 3b onto the intermediate roller table 5 and thereafter, the sheet bars are joined by actuating the flying joining device at the time of joining the preceding and succeeding sheet bars 3a, 3b.
