Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To drop surface electric resistance by forming a thin Cr film on a nonmagnetic base and further a magnetic coated film contg. magnetic powder of hexagonal ferrite and electron ray curing type binder thereon and curing the magnetic coated film by projection of electrons thereto. CONSTITUTION:This medium has the structure formed by laminating the thin Cr film 2 and the magnetic coated film 3 on the nonmagnetic base. The magnetic powder of the hexagonal ferrite is used as the magnetic powder, for which the fine particles expressed by the general formula MO.n(Fe2O3) are used. In the formula, M is at least one kind among Ba, Sn and Ca and n=5-6. One kind among Co, Ti, Ni, etc., may be substd. with part of Fe in order to control coercive force. The thin Cr film 2 is formed by a vacuum deposition method, etc. between the nonmagnetic base 1 and the magnetic coated film 3 in order to improve the corrosion resistance. The electron ray curing type binder is used for the magnetic coated film 3 so that said film can be cured by electron ray projection without applying heat thereto. |
