Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To attain automatic sampling by sucking and moving a sampling probe automatically by a robot, dipping it into a molten metal for sampling, and moving the probe to a specific position. CONSTITUTION:The swivel arm 2 of the robot 1 is rotated and moved to a probe supply table 9. The arm 2 is elevated by an elevation arm 3 to suck the sampling probe 5 of the supply table 8 by the heat-resistant hand 4 of the arm 3. Then, the heat-resistant hand 4 is moved to dip the sampling probe 5 in the molten ion 7 in a molten iron flume 6, thereby sampling the iron. Then, the heat-resistant hand 4 is moved to place the sampling probe 5 on a probe recovery table 10 and the operation is completed. Further, a temperature measuring probe 40 is moved from the supply table 9 to the molten iron 7, whose temperature is measured. Thus, the heat-resistant hand of the robot is moved, so the molten metal is sampled automatically and the temperature can be measured.
