Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a large error from being contained in an analytical result, by executing a monitoring program before the execution of a control program. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is turned ON, the operation of a servo system and that of a signal processing system are prepared and a monitoring program P2 is executed. In the execution of the program P2, a monitoring sample is prepared and subjected to a technique used in spectral measurement. The data D at a normal time is obtained by the execution of the program P2 and preliminarily stored in CPU 10. Then, the data obtained by the executed of the program P2 is compared with the data D at the normal data to judge the abnormality of a spectrometer. When it is judged that the spectrometer is normal, a control program P1 is run and an analytical result is obtained by CPU 10.
