Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To quantify the activity value of MM type creatine kinase (CK) isoenzyme with good accuracy, by combining a CK isoenzyme activity quantifying method based on wet immunization with a dry analytical method using one kind of a CK activity quantifying analytical element. CONSTITUTION:A CK-BB antibody is immobilized on a membrane filter backed by a polyethylene terephthalate film and subsequently lyophilized. Next, a liquid specimen is taken in a test tube and a piece of the above-mentioned solid immobilized substance is charged in said test tube to perform incubation. Next, a sample is spread on an analytical slide having a monolithic multilayer analytical element for measuring CK total activity and the CK total activity value in the sample is measured. Next, the liquid specimen is spread to measure a CK isoenzyme-MM activity value in the same way.
