Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the title paint which has excellent alkali-strippability, etc., and an excellent effect of repairing scuff marks of glass bottles, consisting of a monomer contg. an acid or an oligomer, a silane coupling agent, a photopolymerization initiator and optionally, other monomer and oligomer. CONSTITUTION:A monomer having a polymerizable double bond and an acid group or an oligomer (A) (e.g., acryloyloxyethyl monophthalate) is blended with 3-20wt%, pref. 5.5-15wt%, silane coupling agent (B) (e.g., gamma- methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 0.1-5wt% photopolymerization initiator (C) (e.g., acetophenone) and optionally, other monomer, other oligomer, a sensitizer (D) to obtain the title paint having an acid value of 90-170, pref. 101-150. The paint is applied to scuff marks of a glass bottle in a coating thickness of 1-10mum and irradiated with ultraviolet light for 0.5-3sec to obtain a cured film. The film can be stripped by washing the glass bottle with an aq. soln. of 3wt% NaOH at 70 deg.C for 10-20min.
