Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of a bending at the top of a notched part as well as to obtain the iron core for a static induction machine having no cutting burn by a method wherein both corners of the notched part and the protruded part a T-junction part are formed into a circular arc. CONSTITUTION:Both edges of the notched part 1A of a leg part 1 and the protruded part 3A of a yoke part 3 are formed into a circular arc shape 9. To be precise, the radius R of the circular arc part 9 is set at 2.l so that the contact point of the circular arc part 9 and a linear part 4 is positioned at the point of intersection 10 of the center line C1 in the width direction of the yoke part 3. Also, as the center point O1 of the circular arc part 9 is positioned at (l) from the center line C1 and 2l from the center line C2 in width direction of the leg part 1, the notched depth of the leg 1 can be made shallower than that of the device heretofore in use. As a result, the generation of bending at the point in the vicinity of the top of the notch 1A can be suppressed, both edges of the protruded part can be formed in circular arc shape, and as a result, the generation of cutting burn can be prevented, and the safety can also be maintained.
