Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To form the sacrificing anticorrosive layer of an Al-Zn alloy on a tube base metal surface by brazing a fin material with a zinc coating layer as the brazing filler metal on the outer peripheral face of the tube base metal made of Al where the zinc coating layer is formed in succession to the pretreatment. CONSTITUTION:A zinc coating layer 2 is coated in the thickness of 5-200mu on the surface of an Al made tube base metal 1 after performing the pretreatment which can realize the surface cleaning simultaneously with the roughening in advance on the surface thereof. The sacrificing anticorrosive layer 2' of Al-Zn alloy by the zinc diffusion is formed on the surface part of the base metal 1 by integrating a fin material 3 with brazing junction with the zinc coating layer 2 as the brazing filler metal to the zinc coating tube base metal 1. The Al made heat exchanger having excellent durability can thus be produced. |
