Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To manufacture grain oriented silicon steel sheet superior in iron loss, by adjusting annealing temp. of hot rolled plate with trace of acid soluble Al content at manufacturing grain oriented silicon steel sheet contg. S or Se as inhibitor. CONSTITUTION:Si steel slab contg. by weight 0.020-0.12% C, 2.5-4.5% Si, 0.04-0.15% Mn and 0.015-0.050% one or 2 kinds of S, Se as inhibitor is hot rolled and annealed, then the plate is finally cold rolled by 40-80 draft at >=2 times contg. intermediate annealing. This is coated with decarbonization annealing and annealing separator agents and finish annealed to manufacture electrical sheet.
