S or Se as inhibitor. CONSTITUTION:Si steel slab contg. by weight 0.020-0.12% C, 2.5-4.5% Si, 0.04-0.15% Mn and 0.015-0.050% one or 2 kinds of S, Se as inhibitor is hot rolled and annealed, then the plate is finally cold rolled by 40-80 draft at >=2 times contg. intermediate annealing. This is coated with decarbonization annealing and annealing separator agents and finish annealed to manufacture electrical sheet. In this case, trace acid soluble Al content is analyzed at hot rolled plate annealing and under the quantity, the plate is subjected to one step cycle annealing while being heated to a temp.
