METHOD FOR MAKING REFINING PLAN

PURPOSE:To minimize waiting time while averting restrictions in installations by setting a converter blowing plan and arrival time at the converter front in accordance with production plane by steel kinds, making a preliminary treatment plan for each of unit weight molten irons and reviewing the refining plan. CONSTITUTION:The converter blowing plan at the tapping time corresponding to the production plan by steel kinds and the intended arrival time at the converter front corresponding thereto are set. The preliminary treatment plan including the selection for successively passing the unit weight molten irons carried from a blast furnace at an optional pitch at optional time through required preliminary treatment stages of conveying the same to the front of the converter without passing the same through said stages is then made for each of the unit weight molten iron. The above- mentioned preliminary treatment plan is reviewed to minimize the waiting time for the preliminary treatment and converter blowing for each of the respective unit weight molten irons while the interference in time of an equipment occupying plan in the preliminary treatment plan is averted. The above-mentioned preliminary treatment plan and converter blowing plan are then made again in accordance with the above- mentioned review.
