Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To remove bending of a material and to apply accurate machining on a plane, by a method wherein a work is grasped by means of an inner diameter chucking and through light adsorption of the one surface, a reference surface is formed, and based on the reference surface, turning is applied on both surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A bore surface C of a work 1 is grasped by a bore chuck claw 2. Simultaneously, the work 1 is vacuum-chucked through a suction groove 4 of a vacuum chuck part 3. Thereafter, a reference surface E is cut by means of a bite 7. The work 1 is turned upside down and is chucked in a similar manner as described above, and based on the reference surface, turning is applied on both surfaces. This completely removes bending, twist, sinuosity, and enables accurate machining of a plane.
