Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce the power loss by switching a single output transistor (TR) and Darlington connection TRs in an output TR circuit depending on an output voltage of the output TRs. CONSTITUTION:In increasing an output current I0, an output voltage V0 also increases and when the level reaches a forward voltage drop VBE being a base- emitter voltage of a TR, a diode D23 and a TR Q23 are conducted. As a result, a current amplifier circuit comprising TRs Q33-Q37 connected to a collector of a TR Q32 is activated. Thus, a current flows to the base of the output TR Q23, resulting that the output TR circuit 3 is switched from the single output TR 24 into the Darlington connection TR circuit comprising the output TRs Q23, Q24.
