Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve a sealing characteristic in a rotary shaft penetrating part, by integrally connecting a ceramics-made annular member with the main unit side of a valve case and the main unit side of a rotary shaft by an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A rotary valve forms a part, forming a sealing surface, of the parts in a valve case 1 and a part, forming the sealing surface, of the flange parts in a rotary shaft 3 respectively by a separate ceramics-made annular member. While the valve integrally connects these ceramics-made annular members with a main unit side of the valve case 1 and a main unit side of the rotary shaft 3 by an adhesive agent. By this constitution, the valve enables a sealing characteristic in its rotary shaft penetrating part to be improved.
