Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain both a sufficient coolant and a sufficient dewatering characteristic concurrently and to enable a working roll to be reduced its diameter by installing a compacted coolant injecting device near a roll in front of a guide and making the top surface of the injecting device an upper receiving guide and the back surface of the device a chute structure. CONSTITUTION:A guiding device is installed to simplify rolling by upper and lower working rolls 2 and 3 on a material to be rolled 4. The guiding device 5 is integrated by a guide from 6 and is made to be movable back and forth on a guide block 8 fixed on a roll housing 1 through a driving device 7. The guide frame 6 is provided with a coolant injecting device 9, a receiving guide 10 fixed on the top surface of the device 9, a coolant gas absorber 11, a dewatering device 12, and a cobble guide 13.
