Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To shorten the lighting time of an auxiliary lamp to a minimum to extend the life by lighting the auxiliary lamp in a display part when it is detected that an IC card is set to an IC card set part. CONSTITUTION:When the IC card is inserted from a card insertion hole 7, the front end part of the card is detected by a photosensor 31 of a reader/writer mechanism part 26 to drive a driving roll 24. When the front end of the IC card reaches the position of a photosensor 32, driving of the driving roll 24 is stopped. Complete setting of the IC card to a card set part 6 is detected by both outputs of photosensors 31 and 32, and the auxiliary lamp of a liquid crystal display body in the display part is lit by the detection output.
