Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce strength and thickness of a sheet by eliminating a sheet portion between a coiled spring and a resin sheet not to apply load of the coiled spring to the resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:The third coiled spring SP3 and a cushion rubber elastic member 25 are disposed in the upper and lower windows. The cushion rubber elastic member 25 is provided with resin sheets 26 of diameters larger than the outside diameter of the compressed torsion rubber elastic member, which are fixed to both ends thereof by strong adhesion, and is supported out of contact with the inner peripheral portion of the third coiled spring SP3. Accordingly, load of the coiled spring SP3 is not applied to the resin sheet 26, so that it is not necessary to consider the strength and thickness of the resin sheets 26.
