Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance reliability, by forming the base of a circuit substrate having a gas detection element mounted thereto from a material having a good heat dissipating property. CONSTITUTION:The base part laminated to the back surface of a circuit board 1 is separated into the mount part 8 of a gas detection element 2 and a load resistor 3 and a mount part 9 of electronic parts such as a thermistor 4. The part 8 of the base part is formed of a material having an excellent heat dissipating property. Because the heat generated in the detection element 2 and the resistor 3 is dissipated from the part 8, the termistor 4 receives no effect of heat generation and the reliability to alarm operation is enhanced.
