Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form plural radar spurious echoes by providing a conductor piece emitting mechanism on a radio wave oscillating device. CONSTITUTION:As for the radio wave oscillating device which has been thrown away from an aircraft 1, after it has been thrown away, a conductor piece 4-2, is blown out, and also an oscillation of a radio wave having a prescribed modulation mode is started from an oscillator 4-1. Subsequently, a direct wave from the oscillator 4-1 and an indirect wave which is reflected irregularly by the conductor piece 4-2 are made incident on an observation radar 3. Accordingly, a radar echo from the aircraft 1 and plural spurious echoes consisting of the oscillator 4-1 and the conductor piece 4-2 can be observed by the radar 3.
