Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily execute an inspecting work, and also to make a section of a tunnel small in size by running by a remote control a self-running type inspection car provided with a television camera, by adsorbing it to the outer surface of an iron pipe by its magnet wheel. CONSTITUTION:A trackless all-position self-running type inspection car 1 is adsorbed so as to be freely movable to the outer surface of a hydraulic iron pipe 7 by its magnet wheel 6, and brought to a remote control by an operating device 4. X-rays generated by an X-ray generator 11 are photographed to an X-ray film which has been installed to an installation guide 8 of the inspection car, and the inspection car is operated by seeing a welding position by a television camera 9 and a television receiver 2 of the inspection car. It will suffice that there is a gap for making the inspection car pass through, between the iron pipe 7 and the innse surface of a tunnel, the cost of construction is reduced by decreasing a size of a section of the tunnel, and a worker's work becomes easy.
