Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To aim at reduction in cutter changing time, by installing a movable chucking device, a cutter changing arm, a truck, etc., as a cutter changing device, and operating them all. CONSTITUTION:A cutter 11 rotates solidly with a spindle 2 via a key 13, while it is prevented from slipping off a cutter setting part 3 by a clamper 8. When this cutter 11 is changed with a new one, a movable chucking device, a cutter changing arm, a truck and so on are operated, holding it with a chucked part 18, and the clamper 8 is made to go forward by a retractable driving device 7, the clamping of the cutter 11 is released free, and it is removed with travel of the truck. And, the next cutter 11 is fitted in top of the cutter setting part 3, and the clamper 8 is retracted by the retractable driving device 7, thereby clamping the cutter 11. With this constitution, the time required for a preparatory change of the cutter 11 is largely reducible.
