Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the operation and release of a system from repeating, by canceling the system when a memorized vehicle speed reaches a lower limit value, and by operating the system when the intervals of operation of a set switch exceed a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION:When a set switch 2 is operated, data from a vehicle speed sensor 1 are stored into a vehicle speed memory means 3 so that a system is energized. Further, the stored vehicle speed is slightly decreased in association with an instant turn-on and -off operation of the set switch 2 so that actual vehicle speed decreases. When the stored vehicle speed decreases to the lower limit of a set range, the system is canceled, and the operation of the system is carried out corresponding to the operation of the set switch 2 after the intervals of operation of the set switch exceeding a predetermined time. Accordingly, it is possible to operate the system by changing the intervals of operation of the set switch 2 without repeating the operation and release of the system in association with the operation of the set switch, irrespective of the willing of the driver.
