Zusammenfassung:In the invention, the cathodic solution of 1.5M H2SO4+0.8M Zinc in mixture and the anodic solution of H2SO4+H2SO3 gas+ a small amount of Iodine ion are partitioned by a diaphragm in between the solutions with employment of a graphite anode and an aluminum cathode. Applying the current of a density 50mA/cm2, electrolysis is carried out at about 2.0V to lower about 1.5V from that of the conventional method.
