Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily attain optimal control on an oil-pressure shovel by a method in which a variable capacity type slewing motor is connected in parallel with the actuator of an oil-pressure cylinder for boom is such a way that the capacity of the slewing motor can be changed only when the slewing motor and the actuator are concurrently operated. CONSTITUTION:A pilot pump 9 supplies pilot pressure to the control actuator 12 of a slewing motor 1 through an electromagnetic proportionally reduced pressure control valve 11 to be operated by command signals from a regulator 10, whereby the discharge flow rate of the motor 1 is controlled. Pressure oil discharged from the main pump 16 is supplied in parallel to a direction-switching valve 13 for slewing and a two-speed type switching valves 13 and 14 are operated together, the control valve 11 is operated through contact points (a') and (b'), thereby causing changes in the capacity of the slewing motor 1.
