Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance by heating mixture of particles of special high-hardness substance and heat-resisting resin under pressure and seizing the mixture on the surface of a metal plate in a plate form. CONSTITUTION:A plate which is used as the internal liner of a pump casing is a metal plate on the surface of which mixture consisting of particulate special high-hardness substance and heat-resisting resin is heated and seized. The high- hardness substance consists of 15-95% silicon carbide, with 50-60 mesh, 0-80% alumina with 150-250 mesh and the heat-resisting resin 5-20% including 100% nonvolatile component is added to said substance. The mixture is then heated under pressure between 3-10kg/cm at a temperature between 150-500 deg.C and seized on the surface of the metal plate. A wear-resisting plate can, thereby, withstand temperature as high as 200 deg.C.
